It might sound hyperbolic to say that Liz is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent, but it's true. Here are some things I truly appreciate about Liz:
--She knows what she is doing. She knows the market; she knows psychology; she knows how not to push. She tells the truth.
--She has been amazingly responsive to my need to look at all kinds of properties, including those we've looked at in Wisconsin. I have gone through a lot of houses with Liz, but thus far have not bought anything. Amazingly, she has remained positive and patient with me. I have faith that even though she has every right to be exasperated with me, she will continue to be willing to show me houses.
--She is sensitive to people's feelings about their houses, mine included. She can make helpful hints without making you feel she is in any way being critical.You can trust her completely to do what what she says she will do.
--She is wonderful at selling properties: she sold two of my and my partner's flips, each in one day. (And she had good ideas for things we should or should not include in our new construction.) She found a wonderful buyer for a condo I was selling, and I got full price. I can't imagine using anyone else to sell my house or any other properties I might acquire.
-Most importantly, at least to me, she is utterly kind. She knows how to laugh with you and how to commiserate with you. She knows the value of letting people take their time, whether it's looking at a property or trying to decide whether or not to make an offer.
I would recommend her highly to anyone. Anyone!
